At Lovely Lashes, our mission is to deliver your products quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. This shipping policy outlines our standard practices and expectations, so you always know what to expect from us.
1. Order processing time
- All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM UK time are usually processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-volume periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing may take up to 2 business days.
2. Delivery methods
We ship all orders via Royal Mail and occasionally with trusted courier partners for high-value or express shipments. Delivery options available at checkout include:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days
- Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next working day guaranteed (orders placed before 1 PM)
- Royal Mail International Tracked: 3–7 working days depending on destination

- UK Standard (Tracked 48): £3.99
- UK Express (Tracked 24): £5.49
- UK Guaranteed Next Day: £7.99
- Free shipping: All UK orders over £99
- International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on location and package weight
4. International shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Duties and taxes imposed by your local government are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure of charges that may apply.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment via the Royal Mail website or relevant courier partner.
If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local delivery office first. Then contact us if necessary — we’re here to help.
6. Incorrect address / undeliverable parcels
- Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing an order.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you.
- You may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for resending the item.
7. Delays and lost packages
- Lovely Lashes UK is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, or customs clearance processes.
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please reach out to our support team after 7 working days (UK) or 14 working days (international).
- We will file an investigation with Royal Mail if a parcel appears lost.
8. Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
